Zeal For Reporting The 'Good News'

Our family visited the Newseum a couple of weeks ago. One thing in particular that impressed me was the obsession journalists and photographers have with getting “truth” before the world. Various displays lauded the newsmen and women who deliberately ran to-ward peril for a picture or a news story.

The analogy is obvious. We have the greatest truth of all -- the word of God, the "good news" of the gospel. Do we share the “journalistic spirit” of zeal and courage in getting the message out? Do we run to danger or away from it? Is our faith passionate or passive?
